On Your Time
Terms of Service
Last updated 6 August 2026.
These terms cover your practice’s use of On Your Time, which is operated by Certago LLC. “We” and “us” mean Certago LLC; “you” means the practice that holds the account.
What the service does
On Your Time lets your office send a client a link to book a meeting, shows that client only the times your people are genuinely free, and records the result. To do that it connects, with credentials you supply, to services you already use: Wealthbox for client records, Microsoft 365 for calendars, and MyRepChat for text messaging.
We are not affiliated with those companies, and we do not control them. If one of them is unavailable or changes how it works, parts of On Your Time will be affected, and we will do what we reasonably can to keep up.
On Your Time is scheduling software. It is not investment, legal, tax or compliance advice, and it does not make you compliant with anything. Your obligations to your clients and your regulator remain entirely yours.
Your account and who can sign in
Everybody at your practice signs in as themselves. An owner invites people by email address, and each of them gets their own account: they sign in with a single-use link sent to that address and a code from their authenticator app, or — where your practice has connected Microsoft 365 — with the Microsoft account they already use every day. There is no shared password and no shared passcode.
Keeping that list right is your responsibility. Invite the people who need access, give each of them the role that matches what they actually do, and switch off anyone who leaves — from the people screen in your practice settings, which takes effect on their next click. Tell us promptly if you think somebody’s access has gone somewhere it should not have. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what your staff do with it.
If your practice cannot receive email at all — a moved mailbox, a provider outage — we can switch on a temporary way in for you, and it stops working the moment we switch it off again.
Subscription and billing
Demo mode is free, for as long as you like. Going live — connecting any of your real systems, so that real meetings are booked, real records written or real messages sent — requires an active subscription.
Subscriptions are charged monthly or annually, per practice, in US dollars, at the price shown when you subscribe. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time, from the billing screen in your practice settings. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: you keep access until then, and nothing further is charged. We do not give partial refunds for an unused part of a period. If you believe you have been charged in error, write to us and we will look at it properly.
We may change our prices. If we do, we will tell you before it affects a renewal, and you can cancel rather than accept it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use On Your Time to:
- send messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you, or to break any law or rule that applies to your communications with clients;
- upload or transmit anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to;
- attempt to reach another practice’s data, or to probe, scan or interfere with the service or the systems it runs on;
- resell or re-brand the service to someone else as if it were yours.
If use of your account is causing harm or breaking the law, we may suspend it. We will tell you why, and we will restore it if the problem is fixed.
Your data
Your data is yours. Your practice configuration, your scheduling requests, and the client details you enter for scheduling belong to you. We process them only to provide the service to you, and to keep it working and secure. We do not sell them, and we do not use them to advertise anything to anybody.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, or for it to be deleted, by writing to hello@onyourti.me. What we collect and who else touches it is set out in the Privacy Policy.
You confirm that you have the right to give us the client information you enter, and that doing so is consistent with your own obligations to those clients.
Availability, and what we do not promise
We work to keep On Your Time available and correct, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. It is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In particular: the times we show a client are read from your calendars as they stand at that moment. If a calendar is wrong, or a mailbox address is wrong, the times will be wrong too, and checking those is your job. We say so in the product where it matters.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Certago LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business or lost data, arising from your use of On Your Time.
Our total liability for any claim relating to On Your Time is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using On Your Time at any time by cancelling your subscription. We may end this agreement if you materially break these terms and do not fix it after we have told you about it. On termination, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to export your data before it is deleted.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell the email address on your account before the change takes effect. Continuing to use On Your Time after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Nebraska.
